I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who loves to eat and move! With that being said after many years of working with clients and working on myself, most of us hit road blocks when it comes to making healthy food choices and fitting in activity. When that happens we often end up way off course. Dietitian Drive is a place where we can create Your Road Map to Wellness and explore new and better ways to live a balanced life.
With Dietitian Drive, is where I will share my experiences with eating and exercise, the latest research and information out-there, and suggestions to get through the challenges of everyday life. Also I plan to share with you what my clients teach me. I am part of a private practice and I work with amazing people everyday who inspire me. Through this experience I have found the best tips and pointers are from the people who are living it, day in and day out. Whether you want to lose weight, control your diabetes, run a road race, or just be happy and healthy, you need good food and exercise to reach those goals.
Everyone I have come in contact with wants to be healthy, that's not the problem. The challenge is having the courage to try something new, having support behind you and the plan.
