Community Service
I have a long standing commitment to improving the health and wellness of my community including creating a mentoring group for children with chronic health conditions as an Anthropology major at Cornell University; maintaining a long-term mentoring relationship with a young leukemia patient who I was introduced to through the Kids in Chemotherapy and their Students program at Tufts University School of Medicine; contributing to community healthcare worker trainings as an MPH student at the Harvard School of Public Health; and to most recently creating an innovative group visit model of care for Haitian patients at the Malden Family Medicine Center (MFMC) where little other targeted programming existed. I'm looking forward to being part of the vibrant Arlington and surrounding community!
