2024 Patient Satisfaction Survey

Family Practice Group is taking part in an important patient experience survey conducted by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP). This survey allows us to get feedback on how we are doing and how we can improve our care for you. Choosing to complete the survey is optional and completely up to you - If you get a survey by mail or email in the next couple of weeks, it takes about 10 minutes to fill it out.
