Jeremiah Frank, MD

Dr. Jeremiah Frank joined Family Practice Group in 2024 and is delighted to be a part of this unique community practice. He is committed to providing patient-centered primary care, with an emphasis on collaborative decision-making. He particularly enjoys working with medically-complex older patients, both in the office and on house calls. He is dedicated to supporting the best possible quality of life for his patients, by working with them to define and prioritize individual goals of care.

Dr. Frank has been practicing family medicine since 2001. He began his career in the academic medicine world, seeing patients and teaching medical students and family medicine residents at the University of Washington (2001-2004), and then at Boston University (2004-2007). From 2007-2022, he served as director of a small community practice in Reading, MA. This practice had deep roots in the community, as it had been the site of a medical practice dating back to the 1890's. It was a unique honor for Dr. Frank to have been a part of that legacy. In 2022, he was ready for a career change and joined a team that provided in-home medical care to frail elderly patients. It was tremendously gratifying to care for these complex and vulnerable patients in their homes. However, community primary care called out to him again, and Dr. Frank found his way to Family Practice Group.

Outside of work, Dr. Frank enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading, hiking, bicycling, playing tennis, and skiing.
